The FISMED 2024 – National Congress of Medical Physics took place in Fatima.
Dr. Ana Cavaco, coordinator of the physics group of Júlio Teixeira, joined the organizing committee and as a moderator at Symposium III that addressed the themes of SGRT and _Risk Management_.
In this congress also participated Rui Pirraco, Diana Oliveira, Maria Rodrigues and Maria Gama, from the physics group of the units of Porto and Braga da Júlio Teixeira.

Eng. Maria Rodrigues won a better poster award, with the work “Comparison of the three barriers calculation models of the computed tomography room proposed by NCRP Report. 147”.
